Consent covers my name, email, telephone or messaging contact, company name, task description, technical parameters, delivery information and attachments, only to the extent that I choose to include them in the enquiry.

Purpose and processing activities

Data is used to reply, clarify requirements, select materials and equipment, prepare a quotation and correspond about my request. Processing includes receipt, recording, storage, correction, use, transmission through email services and deletion within these purposes.

The enquiry and attachments are sent to sales@procoatinglab.com through hosting and email services. Staff handling the request and providers of these services receive access within their functions. The company is located in China; service infrastructure may be located in other countries. Processing and transfers are subject to applicable law. This consent does not permit public disclosure of my data and is not consent to marketing emails.

Technical and confidential materials

By submitting drawings, photographs and technical documents, I confirm that I am entitled to provide them for consideration of the request. Materials are provided for this purpose, not for public publication. If documents require special confidentiality arrangements or a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA), these terms must be agreed before sending such documents through the form. This consent does not replace an NDA.

Duration and withdrawal
