2. Data we process

• Information you provide in an enquiry: your name, email address, company, telephone number or messaging contact.
• Your task description, component and coating parameters, requirements and delivery information, correspondence and files you attach.
• Technical information generated when visiting the website: IP address, browser and device type, access time, requested pages, error information and session identifier. The server and hosting infrastructure may process this information.

Your name, email, task description and consent confirmation are required to submit the form. Other fields are optional. The form cannot be submitted without the required information; you can contact us by email instead. Do not send excessive personal data, passwords, payment details or health information. Before providing another person's data, make sure you have the necessary authority.

3. Purposes and grounds for processing

Enquiry data is used to reply, clarify technical requirements, select materials and equipment, prepare a quotation and communicate further about your request.
